Delivery

We offer International delivery on all our products. The expected delivery time time is between 5 and 10 days* all shipments are insured for up to £1,000.

* These days are indicative and apply only to working days not including Christmans period and other Bank Holidays. Karen-Club are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances (strike, natural disaster etc.)

Returns

In the case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods to Karen-Club.com. In order to return the whole or a part of your order please fill in a special form and send it to returns@karen-club.com within 10 days.

Once we receive your form we will contact you as soon as possible with details on the return (pick up times etc.)

Returns will only be accepted if:

• Goods are in their original condition and unused
• All original tags remain attached to the product
• Yellow strap, seal and label is intact
• Shoes and accessories myst be returned in their original packaging

We will reimburse your payment automatically once we receive the good and are satisfied that all of the above conditions are met. We aim to return funds via PayPal imidently after the goods are inspced but this can take up to 14 days from when we recive the goods.
